How to overcome the Stress?



"Prescription" to overcome the different
pressures and adaptation with it:

1 - Know the problem that you try to resolve it, you must identify the pressures and their impact and know how to overcome them.


2 - Take a positive attitude towards life, all life experience teaches us toughness and strength, God does not do a bad thing at all, we must not give up easily,and must be optimistic.


3 - The planning , organization and good time management, and must be punctual, time is life, even if we have a good time management we feel that we have no nervous strain.



4 - Change our way of life.

5 - Exercise: walking for half an hour twice a week.
6 -Good balanced nutrition
7 - Proficiency in relaxation.


8 - Laughter: a kind of relaxation of pressure, Laughter reduces the sense of pressure and tension.


9 -Try to be wise without haste or rush in life.

10 - social relationships is a security network that supports us healthy, it helps in our safety at difficult moments.

11 -return to God and the balance between this and the aspiration
